1. Agreement to Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using Authormity ("Authormity", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), accessible via authormity.space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access features of the Service, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at privacy@authormity.space of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Subscription Plans, Lifetime Free Tier & Payments
Paid Subscription Tiers:
- Creator Plan: $12.00 / month (or $10.00 / month billed annually at $120.00/yr).
- Pro Suite Plan: $29.00 / month (or $24.99 / month billed annually at $299.88/yr).
- Agencies & Teams Plan: $59.00 / month (or $49.99 / month billed annually at $599.88/yr).
Billing & Payment Processing (Dodo Payments):
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our secure payment processor, Dodo Payments Inc.. All subscription renewals recur automatically until you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 1-click via the Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Lifetime Free Plan.
4. 100% User Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Content Belongs to You: You retain full, exclusive 100% intellectual property ownership of all content, writing samples, post drafts, Voice DNA profiles, carousel graphics, and text generated through Authormity.
Platform Ownership: Authormity retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Authormity software, algorithms, UI designs, trademarks, and documentation.
5. Acceptable Use & LinkedIn Terms Compliance
You agree to use Authormity responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service, including LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies. You agree NOT to:
- Generate or publish spam, deceptive misinformation, hate speech, harassment, or defamatory material.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of Authormity.
- Abuse API rate limits or launch automated denial-of-service attacks on our infrastructure.
- Impersonate any person or brand without lawful authorization.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AUTHORMITY DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC IMPRESSIONS, ENGAGEMENT METRICS, VIRALITY SCORES, OR INBOUND LEADS, AS POST PERFORMANCE IS SUBJECT TO THIRD-PARTY SOCIAL PLATFORM ALGORITHMS OUTSIDE OUR DIRECT CONTROL.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTHORMITY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AUTHORMITY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Termination & Account Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings > Danger Zone > Delete my account, which triggers an automated permanent deletion of your data and scheduled posts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive platform behavior.
